Color Temp runs entirely in your browser. We don't collect, store, or transmit any data. There's nothing to collect — the app is a reference tool with no inputs beyond a Kelvin slider.
Who we are
Color Temp is a free browser-based light color temperature reference tool made by VARØ Industries. It helps you understand Kelvin ratings, identify light zones, and choose the right bulb for any room.
Data we collect
None. Color Temp is a fully client-side application. All processing happens locally in your browser.
- We set no cookies and use no local storage
- We run no analytics scripts or tracking pixels
- We have no user accounts and collect no personal information
- No form submissions, no user-generated data, no uploads of any kind
Third-party services
Color Temp loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.google.com). This is the only external request the app makes. Google's font service may log standard HTTP request data (IP address, browser type) per their own privacy policy.
No other third-party scripts, SDKs, or services are loaded.
Children's privacy
Color Temp does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, no special provisions are required.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Since we collect no data, changes are unlikely to affect your privacy in any way.
